Reconciled By His Love Ministry is a Spirit led ministry based in Port Morant, Saint Thomas, Jamaica. Under the leadership of Pastor Richard Bailey, we are committed to advancing the Kingdom of God through teaching, equipping, and loving people well.
Pastor Richard is a passionate and dedicated servant of God who has wholeheartedly embraced the call to ministry. With a deep commitment to the Word, he seeks to teach the unadulterated Gospel, identify spiritual gifts in others, and raise up strong leaders in the Body of Christ.
As ministers of reconciliation, we believe in the power of the Holy Spirit to guide, inspire, and transform lives, both individually and corporately.

Our Mission
We exist to reach the lost, uplift the broken, and walk in obedience to the call of Christ.
We aim to build and restore lives through the Word of God, discipleship, and compassionate outreach. Whether through preaching, mentoring, or providing practical help, we are here to serve the poor, comfort the hurting, and stand in the gap for our community.
Through the Word of God, discipleship, and preaching, we help people grow in faith and walk in their God given purpose.
We stand with one another in love, accountability, and support, showing up for those who are struggling and reminding each person they are not alone.
Our weekend after school program builds literacy, math, and developmental skills, especially for children with learning disabilities, in a safe and nurturing space.

As Christ has shown us mercy, we extend that same grace, bringing hope, healing, and restoration to every soul we encounter.
Our Vision
We envision a Jamaica filled with people who wholeheartedly serve and love their Lord. Our desire is to see lives changed, communities uplifted, and generations reconciled to Christ through love, truth, and the power of the Holy Spirit.
As we look ahead, we are believing God for a boys' academy, a place where young men can be mentored, educated, and equipped to walk in purpose and raise up strong, godly leadership in their families, communities, and nation.
Through outreach, education, and Spirit led discipleship, we will continue to live out the Gospel in both word and action: feeding the hungry, nurturing the next generation, and raising up laborers for the Kingdom.
